Simplay – A Very Fast Music Player
“Ever been annoyed about your music player’s speed? I can hear it.
So you’re sitting in front of your pc, you want to listen to some music. You fire up your favorite music player software. And you wait. Well if you’re using iTunes, you wait a hell lot. Then you search for the song which is a disaster if you have a huge library of songs like me. And if you’re not one of the guys with a power-pc it will need a lot of RAM and CPU.
But wait! It doesn’t have to be this way. People were listening to music in their pc’s like what, 15 years? And the pc’s back then weren’t so powerful. So there must be a way to just listen to music. Fast. I mean really fast. And without the need of a powerful pc.”
These are the words of Halil OZGUR, a Turkish programmer which is sharing our eternal quest for a good music player. He also couldn’t find one of these. So he made it for himself.
